We have experience across a wide range of prototyping and manufacturing methods, including woodworking, metalwork, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and sewing. Our work spans everything from residential and home-related projects to motorcycles, furniture, packaging, and electronics, giving us a broad and practical design skill set.
We’ve worked with both businesses and individuals across a wide range of projects. On the business side, we’ve provided graphic design and branding work for companies such as The Manger, Wood Brothers Brewing, and Night Time Society. We’ve also designed and produced soft goods and merchandise from start to finish, including packaging, as well as supported business modeling and scaling efforts. For individual clients, our work has included custom motorcycle builds, furniture, home interiors, home products, and boat projects; each tailored to the client and built with a hands-on, detail-driven approach.
This was the studio’s first true product client, and it began on a small scale. A local family initially reached out through Facebook to commission four custom bar stools, and the project was completed smoothly. Shortly after, a much larger company discovered the stools and contacted the studio with interest in producing fifty to one hundred units. The sudden increase in scale presented a significant challenge, particularly in maintaining quality while increasing production speed. To address this, we reworked its production process and designed custom welding and cutting jigs to streamline fabrication. This shift dramatically improved efficiency and marked the studio’s first real experience scaling a product for larger production.
This boat was rebuilt from a damaged 14-foot aluminum fishing hull into a compact, modern boat designed to accommodate five passengers. The rebuild included the integration of a front-mounted steering wheel with throttle control, transforming the original frame into a functional and contemporary small craft.
This boat was designed as a fully custom, small-scale race vessel with tailored sizing and finishing throughout. Following completion, it was actively used in local racing events in and around Ottawa, Ontario.

A custom standing dog feeding seat designed to help older dogs eat more comfortably by reducing strain while swallowing. The design features adjustable seat and table heights, allowing it to adapt as the dog grows or as needs change over time.
These nightstands were inspired by a similar design that was selling for over $1,000. A client asked if we could make something in the same style at a more reasonable price, so we did; keeping the look and quality while making it far more accessible.
Coffee Table - Client
This client needed a kitchen island that fit their exact kitchen dimensions and overall style. We went with a simple, clean design while maximizing storage, and made sure it was easy to move so the space could be opened up when guests were over.
Dog Chair - Client
I worked with multiple clients on full home interiors, designing across all areas of the house while staying within budget. I was given creative freedom throughout the process and also built custom pieces such as chairs, bed frames, and tables to suit each space.
